F.I.T. = Fitness Inspiration Triumph
This 30-minute class is designed for seniors, or those who desire a lower-intensity workout, to help achieve aerobic endurance, strength and flexibility. The workout includes a warm-up, chair and standing movements, as well as stretch. We're going to have a M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout!
- Please ensure your chair is sturdy and NOT on wheels
- Bring hand weights, water bottles or canned goods
- Class will be taught by Michelle D. Hare
