Our four-part, 30-minute sessions will detail the facts about carbs, proteins (and non-meat substitutes), fats, daily intake, cholesterol, salt, sugar, and food labels. 


All classes will be taught online by, Ricia C. Taylor, registered dietitian-nutritionist, licensed dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and lifestyle coach, who also specializes in adult and adolescent weight management. With over 20 years of clinical and community experiences, she will lead informative sessions about the fundamentals of nutrition.
