F.I.T. = Fitness Inspiration Triumph


Variety is the spice of life. This 30-minute class will feature different exercise genres weekly. Be prepared for cardio-kickboxing, boot camp, African dance, strength training or Zumba®! The guarantee - you will have a fun and challenging workout to help achieve aerobic endurance, strength and flexibility. Class is for all fitness levels; modifications will be demonstrated. We're going to have a M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout!
