Michelle D. Hare

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Michelle is a longtime dance and exercise enthusiast. Michelle was a dance major and played the violin at the Buffalo Academy of Visual and Performing Arts. She obtained a B.S. and M.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and also received a second B.S., with honors, from the City University of New York at Queens College and majored in nutrition and exercise sciences.


Michelle performed with Buffalo Contemporary Dance, the Irish Classical Theatre, and Frances Hare’s Dance Ensemble, as well a variety of stages throughout New York and Canada. She is also the former principal dancer and assistant dance director of the African-American Cultural Center’s Dance and Drum Performing Troupe. 

Currently residing in Atlanta, GA, Michelle is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is an adjunct dance and exercise instructor for the I Am Arts Community Partnership; together, they created the Golden Fit n' Cultural Club, Ngoma Jam n' Tone and their very popular African Dance & Drum Workshops. Michelle is a former board member of the Georgia Diabetes Coalition, Urban League of Rochester, NY, Wilson Commencement Park and the National Sales Network – New Jersey/New York Chapter, and she co-founded the former “Girls Mentoring Program” to reach students in the Lakeview community on Long Island, New York.

Michelle is a certified group exercise instructor with the American Council on Exercise® and personal trainer via the American Council on Exercise and Applied Academy of Personal Training Education®. She also holds cardio kickboxing, senior fitness consultant, Zumba® and Silver Sneakers® instructor certifications. 

Jackqulyn Snowden-Brown

Jackqui grew up in Rochester, New York where she attended the renowned Wilson Magnet High School Academy of Excellence and subsequently obtained a B.S. from Virginia State University. 

As a collegiate, Jackqui was very active in the University’s marching band as Dance Team Captain for three consecutive years. Jackqui is the former choreographer of the Mercy High School and New Life Fellowship Step Teams; she also had the privilege of serving as the dance team director of the American Basketball Association’s (ABA) Syracuse Raging Bullz. 

Jackqui has extensive experience teaching group exercise to individuals with special needs and youth populations.  She currently provides personal training and teaches at various fitness centers, schools, churches, and community centers throughout Rochester.

Because of Jackqui's love for dance, she founded the R.O.C. City Line Dance Express.  Together with 40 other soul line dancers, the group fellowships and performs throughout Western and Central New York.  Jackqui is also a featured instructor at the annual United We Dance convention held in Ohio.

Jackqui has group exercise certifications from the American Council on Exercise® and Zumba.  

Jackqui is a wife, mother of three, and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout was established in 2005 with a mission to inspire individuals to reign over their bodies through healthy living.  Fitness and nutrition experts encourage followers, also known as ROYALTY, to love themselves by eating well, exercising regularly and honoring their bodies.  M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout is proud to help schools, community organizations, churches, businesses and individuals young and old attain one of the greatest gifts of all – good health!​

M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout provided exercise and nutrition workshops In New York, Georgia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Ohio and Virginia.

Combined, Michelle and Jackqulyn have over 50 years of experience in the fitness and dance industries. They maintain national group exercise, personal training, CPR and first-aid certifications.  M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout is fully insured and a certified Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise; Jackqui also has clearance by the New York State Department of Education.
